Maureen Rabotin

Maureen Bridget Rabotin, nee Morley, founded Effective Global Leadership in 1996 to share her experience and knowledge with top executives enabling them to leverage cross cultural diversity for success. For more than a decade, she has designed and facilitated training programs for corporate clients involved in cross-cultural management, international negotiations and global team building. Her practical experience, passion for cultural and emotional intelligence as well as her interest in neuroscience inspire her as a facilitator and executive coach who accompanies clients navigating the currents of globalization.

She has worked for companies in a wide range of industries including luxury, finance, health care, and pharmaceuticals. Maureen is an executive coach certified by The International Coach Federation who graduated from Northeastern University (USA), studied at Advantara Institute in the United Kingdom, Mozaik International in France, and The Institute of Intercultural Communication both in Oregon and Switzerland.

Before founding Effective Global Leadership, she held management positions in a United States-based multinational as European Product Leader in Microradiology and in a French electronics company as Export Director. She has travelled extensively in Europe, The Middle East and Asia.

Maureen is American, bilingual, married to a Frenchman, a mother of two and currently operates out of France and the United States.
